What We Practice

We Practice:

    • Baptism by full immersion (Acts 2:38; Col. 2:12; Rom 6:3-4)
    • Holy Communion to remember Christ’s death for our sakes (Matt. 26:26-29; 1 Cor. 11:26)
    • Operating in the Five-fold ministry gifts – apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Eph. 4:11)
    • Healing and soul cleansing according to James 5:14-15
    • The gifts of the Holy Spirit according to 1 Cor. 12:4-11 and Rom. 12:6-8
    • Body ministry according to 1 Cor. 12:12-27
    • Prayer and fasting (Luke 2:37; Mark 2:18; Matt. 4:2; Acts 13:2-3)
    • “No Limit” giving (2Cor. 8:2-3; 2Cor. 9:7, Acts 11:29)
    • The Lord’s commission to the Church according to Matt. 28:19-20
    • Leadership through a plurality of eldership to (1) provide a high level of accountability to avoid leaders falling into sin, (2) to avoid the church taking on the personality of one single leader’s quirks and faults, and (3) provide a healthy balance utilizing the diversity of gifts. (Acts 14:23; 1 Cor. 12:4)
    • Being transparent and accountable – The pastors are held to a standard of open honesty and held responsible by an appointed accountability board. (James 5:16)
    • Operating in a prophetic culture – An environment in which prophetic gifts, expressions and abilities are encouraged and released in a healthy way. All Christians are encouraged to hear from God and respond to what He is saying. 1Cor. 14:1-3
    • Operating in an apostolic culture the goal is to make the presence of God, the worship of God, and the agenda of Heaven the top priority. Training and equipping to operate in calling and anointing is ongoing. Eph 2:17-22
    • Operating in living in the supernatural – seeing miracles, healings; seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling in the spirit realm. Giving words of knowledge, wisdom and prophesy – Heb. 11:3; John 14:12-13
    • Kingdom Living – We desire to see transformation throughout our neighborhoods, family, schools, businesses, and local government through bringing the kingdom of God. Matthew 10:7; Matthew 9:35; Luke 9:2
